Directions for taking the READY for Marriage Questionnaire

1. Create a user account.

2. Log in.

3. Click NEW EVALUATION.

4. When asked, “Are you currently in a relationship with someone special? (e.g. seriously dating, engaged or married),” click NO.

5. Read the directions page. Click NEXT.

6. Read the disclaimer. Click I AGREE.

7. Fill in personal information (i.e. name, zip code, etc.)

8. Complete sections A – F, answering ALL the questions. A segment takes approximately 5-7 minutes to complete. Click “Next” after each segment.  NOTE: Leaving questions blank will show incomplete graphs and missing data on the Report. You can retake any segment by clicking on that icon. However, once you pay for your report, you will not be able to change any answers.

9. Before purchasing your report, you must verify your email address. Click on “Pay for your report” and a new page will appear that instructs you to verify your email address. After clicking this link and providing an email address, you will receive a link in your inbox to verify your address. Upon clicking on the link in this email, your verification will be finished and you will be directed back to the website.

10. After verifying your email address, payment for the RELATE report can be processed so a report can be generated. You will pay for the report with the token number that was sent to you by ConnectionCare.com. If you have any questions, contact ConnectionCare.com at 317-713-1130.

11. To view your report:

a. Log in as a returning member.
b. Click VIEW YOUR REPORT
c. Before printing your READY report, make sure that your browser is configured to print background colors and images:

i. Using Internet Explorer, click on the ‘Tools’ menu then select ‘Internet Options’.
ii. Next, click on the ‘Advanced’ tab.
iii. Scroll approximately 3/4 the way down the Advanced options menu and make sure that the checkbox next to ‘Print background colors and images’ is checked.
iv. Your printer’s options may need to be adjusted to fit the entire width of the page on a piece of paper.
